Why it is Healthy to Grieve
As loss is part of our life experience, why do we live in a culture that does not embrace it? The simple truth is that if you have loved someone, or been attached to something which you then lose, you will feel the pain of that loss and find yourself in grief.
Why Heal Your Emotions?
When we know we are hurting, it can feel scary to let ourselves feel the depth of our pain within grief. We may worry that we will be overwhelmed, possibly even annihilated, such is the enormity of our fear. Feeling this way is completely normal and very common.
