How to Prepare for your Session

So that you can make the most of our sessions, I invite you to:

  • Think about something specific you want to talk about or need support with. What are your main struggles and challenges?

  • Make a list of these to remind yourself and keep on track.

  • Is there a specific outcome you are wanting? This might be in the form of a coping technique or maybe a strategy for getting support in the workplace.

  • Make sure you have a notebook and pen to hand so that you can capture thoughts that may crop up. Keeping a dedicated journal for use during my longer programmes would be a great idea so that you can keep everything in one place. This would also help you to keep track of actions and progress.

  • Please be prompt for your Zoom sessions. Keep the links somewhere easy to find so that you can get on the call a few minutes before the start time.

  • Remember that I am looking forward to coaching and mentoring you to heal your grief and that I will always hold you in a safe space.
